I recommend you consult with a health professional prior to beginning any course like this. But, yes the intention of this class is for you to be able to start assessing for yourself how to approach pain, discomfort, and injury in your own system. Every step of the way I will be guiding you to drop in and pay attention- stopping if anything feels like too much.
To get the most out of this class you need to be able to get up and down from the floor. A lot of the releases and strengthening exercises are done on a mat on the floor with various tools.
